How we ship orders

We ship orders using reputable carriers including DHL, Fedex, UPS and USPS. We have accounts with all these carriers and, due to our shipping volumes, we get discounted pricing which we pass on to you. In an effort to reduce shipping costs, we will present the most economical options to you.

If you wish to use a different shipper, please advise us when placing your order and we will make the necessary arrangements (Please note that there may be additional shipping fees and delays as a result of your requests).

 

Our Shipping Process

Our fulfillment department will begin processing your order as soon as it becomes available in their work-flow (our hours are usually Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm excluding Holidays).

Most in-stock items will be ready to ship within 1-2 business days. If for any reason there are any issues with availability of the item(s) ordered, we will contact you immediately to advise and offer the available alternative options to you.

Certain items may be shipped separately and will have different delivery times even though placed within the same order.

If you would like us to use your own shipping agent, please let us know while placing the order. We will do our best to facilitate all your requests (Please note that there may be additional delays as a result of your requests.)

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping service used. Most packages will arrive within 2-9 business days after being shipped.

Please remember that orders placed just before/during holidays (such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Year etc) may take longer to process and ship due to volume. We recommend that you place your orders well in advance to avoid any disappointment.

Kindly note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. While the carriers do their best to uphold the delivery times, they may be unable to do so due to factors beyond their control.

Order Tracking

We will send you all the relevant tracking information for the carrier by email as soon as it becomes available. It will also be available through your account (if created) on our website. Please note that it may take up to 2-3 business days before tracking information appears in some carrier’s systems.

Delivery and Order Reception

Some of our items ship “Signature Required”, especially the larger items, so someone may need to be present to sign for order upon delivery.

Before signing the carrier’s freight bill for the shipment, please inspect the shipment for damages. Please make sure the carrier signs the freight bill for any damages. 

If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund can be issued less the shipping amount and any return shipping charges. For certain items, there may also be a 20% restocking fee. If you would like us to re-ship the package(s), additional charges may apply.

In case of freight damage in transit, a replacement is only available at no cost to the buyer when proper notations are made to the Bill of Lading/Proof of Delivery Form.
